		<description>I agree. There needs to be a change in mind-set for employers. The business world is evolving into a more caring environment for employees. To take it a step further, customer service is in the midst of a complete overhaul as well. With the advent of many social media tools, the end user (or minion) has NEVER had a stronger voice. These social platforms are now carried over to the corporate world. If there is a management vs. employee(s) issue ie. cutbacks, lay-off&#039;s etc., the word can spread quickly and companies find themselves on damage control.</description>
